This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Chapel Hill is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chapel Hill follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Amazing grilled pork the marinade took me back to my original Vietnamese spots in NOVA the owners mom makes the nuc mam (fish sauce) its so delicate I was able to get pieces of lettuce to wrap my traditional Vietnamese spring rolls w/the thin rice paper. Just FYI on the menu its listed as egg rolls. Very very good and I'm super picky! Oh they also have sirracha on tap! I have been there about seven times since I wrote this initial review, which stops at sriracha on tap. There are menu is extensive.I mean korean corn dogs fresh baked baguette they can do the bahmi, traditional with the baguette. Poor you can get it on croissant. Entrees are traditional Vietnamese. And I tell you what it's listed as egg roll, but the spring rolls are what's up. Also i've tried the croissant bignette vietnamese coffee and their French bakery. Oh, my goodness croissants, of many, many flavors, I have had. The chocolate spinach feta. I finally was able to get a leak and parmesan. Today, as a matter of fact, they are always out, but I mean, they have lemon curd, they have pumpkin, they have pistachio, hazelnut. I mean, you name it, bacon and cheese. Wow, in many cakes macaroons. The only thing they don't

Dined in for the first time at this delightful counter service eatery. I was puzzled by what was to me a new menu and received gracious help and delicious recommendations. I enjoyed one of their croissant sandwiches and dumplings. Husband had the noodle bowl. All good! We will definitely be going back. Bonus points for the lovely, bright, welcoming interior.

Where to start! There is a lot to say about this place. I visited Paris Banh Mi with the kids on a Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was bright and modern, service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Let's start with the drinks, which came out first. The Vietnamese iced coffee was bold, not watered down. I personally dislike coffees at many chains and coffee shops because of coffee tasting more akin to off-flavored water. This coffee was fantastic. I wish I had asked for a little less sugar but that was my fault for not making the selection. The kids loved the Creme Brulee Matcha and Creme Brulee Milk Tea. They did less ice with 25% sugar. We truly appreciated the ability to customize sweetness and ice levels. The sandwiches came next. The Grilled Pork (croissant and banh mi) and Chicken Banh Mi were excellent. The bread was perfectly crispy without being hard and the sweet/salty flavor balance was spot on. I was informed that the bread for the Banh Mi are made fresh throughout the day. I didn't ask about the croissant, but the texture was just fine. We also had the Tornado Potato and Cheeto/Ramen Korean Corn Dogs. These were the clear winners f

Such a cute little spot in Chapel Hill, right near UNC π They have cheesecakes, macarons, Korean hot dogs, a variety of teas and much more on the menu. You can order at their kiosk or directly at the counter, and the service is super fast and polite. I tried the coconut milk tea with matcha cheese foam and honestly it was perfect as-is, didnβt even need extra sugar. The vibe is really nice too. You can find cozy, more private seating if you just want to relax, or itβs also a great spot for students to study or get some work done. Definitely one of those places you can hang out for a while without feeling rushed :)

This eatery place is cleaner than clean, Iβm a germaphobe & I wouldβve ate the food off the floor, thatβs how spotless it is in there. We ate the bahn mi (Vietnamese style sandwich), drank up boba tea & itβs all delicious. If ya wanna feel special, order the pretzel, that mess was bigger than the table itself. Owner of the place, knows how to make a customer feel more than just another business transaction. Definitely, take a visit here!!
